While in Tokyo over the weekend, we took in the annual orchid festival (aka, Japan Grand Prix International Orchid Festival 2013).
It was packed with orchid-mad mainly elderly folks.
The floor - baseball field - in Tokyo Dome was covered with orchid displays and sales of orchid-related items.
In one exhibit, a Dahon foldable bicycle was decorated with orchids.
The festival is over the top - and fabulous.
