東京警察の自転車（ママチャリ）Parked next to the Koban (police box) in Yanaka Cemetery is a Tokyo patrolman's bicycle.
It is slightly modified version of the standard bike one sees all over Japan.
We were tempted to peek inside the box attached over the rear wheel.
